PMC Design Package
Package A: One-time $500 consultation which lasts for one and one-half hours, and includes:
- Discussion of your design desires, needs and budget.
- Walk-through of your home
- Strategies, suggestions and feedback
- Questions & Answers – I develop a deep understanding of you and your home.
- Summary Report
- Details of our consultation
- A practical assessment of your project including priorities, including color schemes and space plan suggestions.
Package B: $88 per hour, or for large projects, 15% of all labor contracts, including a budget-conscious hourly estimate of the project, and all design services mentioned above including;
